Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: NOAH and HKEX: 6686) is a leading and pioneer wealth management service provider offering comprehensive one-stop advisory services on global investment and asset allocation primarily for Mandarin-speaking high-net-worth investors. In the first nine months of 2024, Noah distributed RMB47.6 billion (US$6.8 billion) of investment products.Noah had assets under management of RMB150.1 billion (US$21.4 billion) as of September 30, 2024.

Noah's wealth management business primarily distributes private equity, public securities and insurance products denominated in RMB and other currencies. Noah's network covers major cities in mainland China, as well as Hong Kong (China), New York, Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Los Angeles. The Company’s wealth management business had 460,380 registered clients as of September 30, 2024. Noah manages private equity, public securities, real estate, multi-strategy and other investments denominated in RMB and other currencies. Noah also operates other services.

2024

Noah Singapore, aligned with the group's strategic rebranding initiative, renamed itself to "Ark Wealth Management Singapore Pte Ltd" (UEN: 201819469K) and adopted the brand name "ARK SG." Collaborating with Noah's global branches and service network, and other Noah entities in Singapore, "ARK SG" is dedicated to providing differentiated, competitive, and locally tailored wealth management services to high-net-worth Mandarin-speaking individuals and families globally.

"Noah Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd" received the "Capital Markets Services License" (License No.: CMS100937) from the "Monetary Authority of Singapore" (MAS). This license, granted under Singapore's "Securities and Futures Act 2001" (SFA), allows Noah to engage in capital markets activities, particularly in securities and collective investment schemes (CIS). Additionally, Noah is recognized as an exempt financial advisor, offering advisory services related to investment products, including life insurance, and arranging life insurance (excluding reinsurance-related services).
